EVENT TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket to any event operated by That's Mine Events ("the Organiser"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Sales & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable except where required by law.

• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, illness, personal circumstances, transport issues, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with the event.

• The Organiser may change event programs, attractions, stallholders, schedules, layouts, or activities without notice. No refunds or credits will be issued for such changes.

• Outdoor events proceed in various weather conditions. No refunds apply due to weather.

• If an event starts and is later interrupted, delayed, or closed early due to weather, safety, operational issues, or emergency services directions, no refunds or credits will be provided.

• If an event is cancelled before opening and no alternative date is offered, refunds may be considered at the Organiser's discretion.

2. Entry & Conduct

• A valid ticket is required for entry.

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a dangerous, disruptive, offensive, or unsafe manner, fails to follow instructions, or appears intoxicated. No refund will apply.

• Attendees must follow all event rules, signage, and directions from staff, security, volunteers, and emergency personnel.

3. Risk & Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.

• Attendees acknowledge that outdoor events may involve hazards including weather, uneven surfaces, crowds, rides, animals, and other event-related risks.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage to property, or any other loss arising from attendance at the event.

• Attendees agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims arising from their actions, negligence, breach of these Terms, or failure to supervise children.

4. Children

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• The Organiser does not provide child supervision.

5. Photography & Media

• The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and advertising purposes without compensation.

• Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should notify event staff; however, exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed.

6. Ticket Validity

• Tickets must not be resold, copied, altered, or transferred.

• Fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid tickets may be cancelled and refused entry without refund.

7. Event Operations

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify event operations, restrict access to areas, manage crowd capacity, suspend attractions, or take any action necessary for safety and event management.

• All decisions made by the Organiser are final.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

9. Acceptance

• Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
