For the makers and farmers market, all products being sold must be at least 90% handmade, homegrown or home made. We understand that not everything can be made by hand and that you may need to purchase pre-made items for your business so we have taken that into consideration. You are not however permitted to purchase items, pass them off as handmade and resell the items as your business products.

Werribee Racecourse Parking is available on the premises. Cherry Park Street parking is available on Synnot Street Service Road, Cherry Street, Watton Street and Werribee RSL/Kelly Park car park. Wheelers Bar and Foodtrucks Street Parking is available on Synnot Street, Synnot Street Service Road, Watton Street and Werribee RSL/Kelly Park car park and Duncan Street.

If the weather is forecasted to be heavy rain, storm or any other kind of weather that is unsuitable to hold a market, the markets may be cancelled. If this is the case, we will endeavour to notify all participating stall holders the day before the market of the cancellation and the latest we will notify will be 3 hours prior to the market.

Yes! At the Werribee Racecourse, there will be both a lift access and a staircase to travel between both levels.

As 'That's Mine' Makers market is held indoors, pets are not permitted in the venue with the exception of a service animal. Our Farmers Market is pet friendly as the market is held on an open park.

There will be no ATMs available to use at the venue. Stalls holders will have cash and card facilities available. It is suggested to bring cash to the market as some stalls accept cash only.

'That's Mine' Makers Market There is a limited amount is stalls that can have power included for an extra $5. If you require power, please note this down on the registration form 'That's Mine' Farmer Market There is no power on site in the park. If you require power, you will need to provide your own or use your own generator.

To secure you spot at the market, the stall holder must make the payment within two weeks of being sent an offer letter. If no payment is received within two weeks, your spot will be passed onto a different stall holder.

Our terms and conditions state that there are no refunds on the stall fees. We do understand that there are some unexpected circumstances that may cause a stall holder to be unable to attend their booked market, so please contact us and it will be to the discretion of the market organiser if a refund will be provided.

No, you do not need to pay for all markets at once. If you have booked multiple markets through out the year, we will email the participating stall holders a month before the market with the market reminder, details and payment request to secure their spot.
